Warranty & Repairs
Brand new product : A period of 180 days is calculated from the date the product leaves the factory for Brand New only ! (It can be confirmed by the SN code pasted on the product)
For used miners:
Before shipping
Strict quality inspection and carefully packed.
Within warranty period
Free repair/parts replacement service.
After warranty period
There will be repair/replacing cost incurred.
After-sale support
Technical support and repairing service are available for the full-life of the miner.
The warranty expires if you have done the following:
– Burned parts on the Hash Board or the chips
– Water damage
– Hacks
– You have removed and/or replaced elements yourself without consultation
– Poor power supply, lightning or excessive voltage.
Repairs can always be done by the team of C&E(bitminersupplier.com). However, we have two types of repairs:
Type 1: Repairs that fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. These repairs are done without charge and by manufacturer directly.
Type 2: Repairs that fall outside the manufacturer’s warranty. These repairs must be sent to C&E(bitminersupplier.com) at the cost of the buyer. After an analysis, a quote will be provided to the buyer for the repair. If the buyer agrees, the repair will be done. In most cases, a repair takes 1-7 business days; when it will take longer, you will be notified of this.

Refund Policy
- Due to the frequent fluctuations in the price of miner products, refunds & returns will cause economic losses to both parties in the transaction. We advise you to make any payment only after careful consideration. In the case that we fail to ship out your order, we will contact you for refund. Generally, refund will be in USD with the USD amount of your order amount instead of the BTC amount, considering USD is a fixed amount, not a variable like BTC.
- Our returns policy is ONLY applicable to BRAND NEW products !!!
- Returns will NOT be accepted after the outer package has been unpacking.
- All returns must be MADE within 24 hours after receiving the goods(Express receipt time shall prevail).
- Due to the huge changes in the price of used miners, we CANNOT accept returns of USED Miners !!!
- All transportation costs incurred by returns will be borne by the purchaser. At the same time, the purchaser shall bear a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the order !!!

- On occasions, the submodel of products could be changed before shipping. In that case, the buyer will be informed. And if there is any price difference, we will refund the difference if the submodel is switched to a lower version; we will ask the buyer to make up the difference if the submodel is switched to a higher version. The switch of submodels will not be honored as a reason for refund!
